D-Net Rules
1.No spamming

All spammers will be given a maximum of 40% warn.
2.No racism

All racist comments will be given a maximum of 70% warn or permanent ban.
3.No disrespect towards higher authority.

If a user disagrees to a mod or admin's decision then please PM me and I will further investigate. Please do not flame though. Maximum is a 20% warn.
4.No Flamming

Flamming will be dealt will seriously and so a maximum of 40% warn or a 1 month ban.
5.No discrimination
--
If you make fun of a user for being a "specific kind" you will be banned for 4 months
6.No PG-16+ content
--
This includes excessive swearing or PG-16 content.You will receive a maximum of a 50% warn or a 5 week ban.
7.No Advertisement
--
No advertising publicly you may PM anyone about a forum you have created, this excludes mass production sites or affiliated sites; Maximum is a 20% warn.
8.No Mini-moding
--
Taking COMPLETE control of a forum is a type of mini-modding, if you also take control of a thread you do not own is considered mini-modding also. Maximum is a 30% warn.
9.No private content asking
--
If you receive a PM from another member asking for content you don't want to give please report them. Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban.
10.No Illegal content spreading.

This includes viruses,inappropriate downloads, or hacking of any kind.
This will result in a maximum of a 60% warn or a permanent ban.
11.No inappropriate usernames

If you sign up will an inappropriate username you will be asked to a secondary username. Failure to reply will result in a default (un-liked) username and cannot be changed until you have replied to the PM.
Note: I may increase or decrease a rule's warnings and baning.
